Return & Refund Policy
At For'd Head, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.
We offer a 14-day return policy, starting from the date you receive your item(s), to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
  • Unused or unworn
  • With tags still attached
  • In its original packaging
  • You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)

If the product is defective we will cover the shipping cost.

If the product is not defective or wrong order then the customer will have to pay for the shipping cost for the return of the item.


How to Start a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
  1. Contact us at info@forjdhead.com  to request a return authorization. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive instructions and a shipping label via email. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
    • Note: If you are responsible for return shipping costs, mention it here (e.g., "Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility").
  3. Pack and ship the item(s) back to us using the provided label and original packaging. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We offer free exchanges for different sizes/colors on eligible items within the return window.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
